Right now I am enjoying a cup of kombucha and writing this. I have been thinking a lot about the thought patterns I want to drop and those I want to carry over into (well, into this next second, but also...) the NEW YEAR.
I am taking CLARITY, GRATITUDE, APPRECIATION, LOVE, JOY, MOTION FORWARD, ENJOYMENT, AFFECTION, and KINDNESS.
I have gotten what I need out of ANGER, COMPARISON, FRUSTRATION, ANNOYANCE, IMPATIENCE, FEAR, COMPLAINING, and RESENTMENT.
Man, that feels goooooooood.
So much to look forward to in this new year!
